Our friendly Administration Team consists of our Practice Manager Mel and Receptionist's Tamara and Daniella. Our Practice Nurse is available for immunisations, dressings, care plans and other non-specific medical advice.
Management of Personal Health Information
The practice has strict guidelines on confidentiality, patient consent, consent for a 3rd party to obtain information, transferring of health information and access and security of personal health information. It adheres to the The National Privacy Principles Act and the Health Records and Information Act.
Translation Services Available
Our staff can speak
If you require an interpreter, please let us know and we can arrange one prior to your appointment via Translating and Interpreter Services (TIS) https://www.tisnational.gov.au/
Your Doctor or the Practice Nurse will attempt to contact you immediately via contact details supplied. If our attempts at contact are unsuccessful, a letter will be forwarded to your address to contact us urgently for an appointment.
NON URGENT RESULTS
The Nurse will contact you via phone to advise that you need to make an appointment to see your Doctor. If our attempts to contact you are unsuccessful, a letter will be forwarded to your address to contact us for an appointment.
If your results are NORMAL we will Not contact you. You are welcome to phone us to check if your results have been returned to us, but you will have to make an appointment to discuss these results.
At no time are results provided to you over the phone due to confidentiality laws.
Patients are contacted for recalls and reminders. If our attempts at contact are unsuccessful a letter will be forwarded to your address to contact us for an appointment.

The practice is committed to supporting the doctors, nurses and administration staff to participate in on-going education.
Please ring 08 9621 1757 for an appointment.
If you need more time with the doctor, please tell the receptionist when you make your booking. Urgent medical problems will always be dealt with promptly.
TELEPHONE AND ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATION
Electronic Communication is available via email at firstname.lastname@example.org All personal email is stored on a program specific encrypted computer data base system. Any emails or phone calls addressed to clinical staff will be forwarded to the appropriate physician and returned with a phone call.

Special Interest – Woman's Health, Paediatrics Obstetrics, Gynaecology, Antenatal Care & Family Health.
Personal Interest – Dr Awadalla is a General Practitioner from Egypt and graduated in 2002, she moved to Australia in 2010. Adores reading and enjoys swimming in the warm summers.
Dr Margo Gaid – MBBCh , AMC
Special Interest – Paediatrics, Woman's Health, Dermatology, Skin Checks, Health Assessments, Aged Care & Family Health.
Personal Interest – Dr Gaid is a General Practitioner from Egypt and graduated in 2004, she moved to Australia in 2008. She Loves art, mostly water colour paintings & enjoys listening to music.
Dr Samuel Mansour –MBBCh, AMC
Special Interest – Paediatrics, Internal Medicine, Aboriginal Health.
Personal Interest – General Practitioner from Egypt, graduated in 2003 and moved to Australia in 2013. He worked for 2 years in remote areas in Kalgoorlie Hospital and Fitzfroy Crossing Hospital. Loves listening to music and spending time with his family.
